NR999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to NR999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and NR999 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of all services offered on nr999.ws, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and all associated features. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on nr999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification.

These Terms apply to all players accessing nr999 from Pakistan and any other jurisdiction from which use is permitted under applicable local law. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. NR999 reserves the right to refuse service to any person, at any time, without stating a reason.

References to "PKR" or "Rs" throughout these Terms mean Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used on the NR999 platform for all deposits, wagers, balances, withdrawals, and bonus amounts. No other currency is used or accepted on nr999.

NR999 is strictly an adults-only platform. To create an account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the original payment source, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment only. You may not use NR999 on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of NR999 or any of its technology and game-supply partners.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with NR999 or be operating under an active account suspension.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of the platform. NR999 may request age verification documents (such as a copy of your CNIC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending compliance.

Each person may hold exactly one account on NR999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using a different mobile number — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same person, all bonus balances will be forfeited, all accounts will be closed, and only the original real-money deposits may be returned at NR999's discretion.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. NR999 will never ask for your password via any channel. You must notify NR999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. All activity carried out through your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access beforehand.

All financial transactions on NR999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). NR999 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following local payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards. Additional payment methods may be added over time; the current list is always available on the Deposit & Withdrawal page.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your nr999 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 10 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• NR999 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside our control.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Maximum single-day withdrawal for standard accounts: Rs 20,00,000. VIP accounts may have higher limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless verification has been completed. This anti-money-laundering measure protects both players and the platform.
• Standard processing time is under five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours.
• NR999 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet are outside our control.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending identity verification if NR999 has reasonable grounds to request documentation. This is required by our anti-money-laundering policies and is applied consistently.

NR999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and met the minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Blackjack and Baccarat may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Aviator and other crash games typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• NR999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, cancel any bonus suspected of being claimed fraudulently or through abuse, and suspend accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.
• The Welcome Bonus applies to first-time depositors only. One Welcome Bonus per person, per household, and per device.

All games available on NR999 are provided by certified third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, and Play'n GO, among others. These providers operate under independent regulatory oversight, and their random number generators (RNGs) are certified by accredited testing laboratories. NR999 does not control, modify, or have access to the outcome-generation mechanisms of any game.

Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is displayed in the game's information panel. RTP represents the theoretical long-run average payout across millions of spins or rounds. Individual sessions can and do vary significantly from the published RTP, which is normal and expected behaviour of any statistical system.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round:

• For RNG (computer-dealt) games: incomplete rounds may be voided and the bet returned, or completed using the game engine's last known state, depending on the provider's protocol.
• For Aviator and crash games: if you have set an auto cash-out and disconnect before the round ends, the auto cash-out will be executed server-side if the target is reached. If no auto cash-out was set and the round concludes during your disconnection, the result stands as played.
• For live dealer games: the dealer's physical actions (card deals, wheel spins) take precedence. The platform will credit or debit your account based on the confirmed live result.

NR999 is not liable for losses incurred due to poor internet connectivity on the player's end. We recommend always setting an auto cash-out in Aviator as a standard precaution.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on NR999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform interface in place of a real human player.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game behaviour to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug are not considered valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in live games to manipulate outcomes, share hole cards, or coordinate betting strategies that artificially distort results.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform by depositing funds from illegal sources and withdrawing them as apparent gaming winnings.
• Creating accounts using stolen identities, false documentation, or on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Conducting any form of fraud against NR999, its payment processors, or other players on the platform.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a pattern that demonstrates no genuine intention to use the platform for entertainment — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting.

NR999 employs automated fraud detection and human review teams that monitor account activity continuously. Players suspected of prohibited conduct will have their accounts placed under review. During a review, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is concluded. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct waive all claim to funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

NR999 takes its responsibility to player welfare seriously. Gaming is intended as entertainment, and the platform provides a suite of tools to help players maintain control over their activity:

• Deposit Limits: You can set a daily or weekly maximum deposit amount from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately; increases take 24 hours to activate.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been actively playing for a specified period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period. Once the limit is reached, the platform will prevent further real-money play until the period resets.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) is owned by those respective studios and is made available to you under a limited personal use licence solely for the purpose of playing on the NR999 platform. You may not record, stream, broadcast, or commercially exploit game sessions without the prior written consent of both NR999 and the relevant game provider.

NR999 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NR999's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

NR999 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your own decisions during gameplay, including decisions made based on incorrect information you provided.
• Internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party software failures on your end.
• Any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension following a policy breach.

NR999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, NR999 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of NR999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account. NR999 will return any real-money balance to you promptly in such cases.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of NR999 — including game results, payment issues, account decisions, or bonus calculations — the following process applies:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise your complaint directly with our 24/7 customer support team via live chat or email at support@nr999.ws. Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant dates, transaction IDs, or screenshots. Most issues are resolved at this stage within a few hours.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to the NR999 disputes review team. This team will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a written response within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 – Final Decision: The disputes review team's decision is final and binding for issues related to game outcomes (since game results are generated by certified third-party RNG systems). For payment-related disputes, further escalation options may be available based on your payment provider's own dispute process.

NR999 will not entertain complaints raised more than 30 days after the event giving rise to the complaint, as records may no longer be available for accurate investigation.
